Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: your name, agency, email, phone and letter sign-off, which you provide.
• Your pipeline: lead statuses, notes, follow-up dates and premiums you enter. These are private to your account.
• Billing: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Security logs: sign-in events and IP addresses, kept to protect your account.
• Sample requests: the email and county you enter when asking for a free sample.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information, run ad trackers or use third-party analytics cookies. The only cookie we set is a secure sign-in cookie.

Who processes it

Cloudflare (hosting and database), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email delivery), each under their own security and privacy terms.

Lead data

Lead records come from public Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission data about licensed businesses. If you're a license applicant and want a record corrected or removed from our service, email us.

Your choices

You can update your profile, turn off the weekly email, cancel, or ask us to delete your account and pipeline data at any time by emailing [email protected].
